"All LOX family members are inhibited by β-aminopropionitrile (β-APN) [40]. β-APN was initially characterized as a cause of diet-induced lathyritic disease in diets that included the sweet pea, Lathyrus odoratus. Lathyritic diseases manifest in growth abnormalities and a number of cardiovascular pathologies including aortic rupture in livestock fed high amounts of this class of sweet pea [41]. Biochemical analysis of β-APN resulted in the discovery that this compound was a potent, irreversible inhibitor of lysyl oxidases."

A topical solution applied to say phimosis or frenulum breve however. Would be interesting to see if it was a viable non invasive treatment option.
