Injury

I been doing PE for close to a year and have been doing nothing but jelqs. I decided to add something to it and bought a bath mate. I went way over board in a session I pumped, jelqed, and pumped again then I slapped a cock ring on the expansion was great until I felt horrible pain I immediately took the ring off and felt intense pain on both the left and right sides. The pain lasted for about a week I took Tylenol to help but now my penis is turtled a lot but not always.

My dorsal vein is always showing even when soft now it never goes away and when erect it feels like it has been moved out of place. When erect it sometimes feels like there is something blocking me from getting completely erect as my glans doesn’t fully inflate anymore and erection subside more quickly than they used to when not stimulated.

There is also pain in my perineum especially with an orgasm

Sorry man. That doesn’t look right. I’d ask a urologist. The sooner the better. But that’s me, you can do whatever you want. Either way, please let us know how things go.

So how tight was the cock ring, and how long did you have it on? And have you tried gently massaging the dorsal vein, working into the fat pad?

Search “Thrombosed Veins”, lots of threads talk about it.

I haven’t tried massaging I’m gonna give it another week or so and then go see a doctor it was on pretty tight and for about 3 minutes give or take

3 minutes should not be an issue, so it sounds like it must have been too tight. Hopefully some gentle massage and some time will help heal it. Obviously, don’t start back into PE exercises until it is all better. And check out the other posts, I have been lucky and haven’t had a thrombosed vein, but lots of others have and I’m sure there is some good advice in those other threads.

Good luck!
