Hi!
I started PE after finding this forum. That was back in January. I have been doing an all manual routine. I started with jelqs and stretching, and quickly got some bad bruising. I took a break, then worked my way back, and am now doing the following routine:

Warmup
10 round the worlds each way
30s stretch in 5 directions
10 round the worlds each way
30s stretch in 5 directions
10 round the worlds each way
30s stretch in 5 directions
20 JAI stretches 5 directions
200 jelqs (I am thinking of reducing this to 100)

I do this Sunday -Tuesday, then Thursday - Friday (3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off). I have made some gains so far: about 3/8” in length and 1/4” in girth.

I currently do almost all of this in the shower, privately. However, I get about one day a week that would leave me with the opportunity to hang, or maybe even pump.

Question: Would it be worth using a device that infrequently? Would my current routine be best to stick to on that one day?

Note: I did find this thread through search, but it did not seem to answer my question. I didn’t want to revive a thread from 2005, either.
