Intro - my starting routine
Hey guys, just getting started. These are my stats, I’m currently on HGH and igf1 so I’m hoping that will help with the growth. I’m planning on doing the newbie routine m/w/f and doing light pumping sessions t/th/sat and taking sunday off. As you can see my goals are very reasonable. Just wanted to introduce myself and any advice or opinions are more than welcome.
