Is Alcohol ok

Alright I was wondering if drinking alcohol would set me back or mess up any gains that I’ve been getting and still trying to go further with.

For me, I don’t.but it sure is fun to fuck when ur drunk

Although it might affect your gains to a certain degree, it will not stop you from gaining if you have a good routine.

I drink from time to time, and my gains are still coming perfectly.

Technically NO, but in theory, possibly.

Alchohol shouldn’t get in the way of your actual gains, it might interfere woth your semen production. (It’s never good to have low sperm count) :)

There are lots of theories on this though.
