I’ve not done any clamping as of yet, I am thinking about it though.
My routine was a kind of modified newbie routine.
First I stretched my flaccid state dick in every way I could think of, targeting both Ligs and Tunica.
Then I got to about 70/80% erection then did some more stretching and bending, like Sadsak Slinky and Plumped Bend.
Then I jelqed at quite a high erection level, very slowly but with a lot of pressure, it’s been advised not to do this as a newbie but I could feel what was going on so I just paid a lot of attention whilst doing it. I didn’t really have a timed schedule, I just did it until it felt enough, usually about half an hour.
I also do kegels.
