Hello all,

Just wanted to get some feedback on clamping, I was thinking of using a cable clamp, how long should I leave it on and at what sort of pressure also what type of gains have you heard of from clamping??

And most Important can anything bad happen??

No, it wasn’t from clamping. It was a length gain. Clamping is mainly for girth, and if he did get it from clamping, he’s doing it wrong. If this new clamping technique of his does in fact increase length, he needs to share his secret.

I’ve not done any clamping as of yet, I am thinking about it though.
My routine was a kind of modified newbie routine.
First I stretched my flaccid state dick in every way I could think of, targeting both Ligs and Tunica.
Then I got to about 70/80% erection then did some more stretching and bending, like Sadsak Slinky and Plumped Bend.
Then I jelqed at quite a high erection level, very slowly but with a lot of pressure, it’s been advised not to do this as a newbie but I could feel what was going on so I just paid a lot of attention whilst doing it. I didn’t really have a timed schedule, I just did it until it felt enough, usually about half an hour.
I also do kegels.

Do NOT use a cable clamp until you have some experience. Use the newbie routine and stick to manual for a bit untill your unit gets conditioned and you have a good knowlege of it. The last thing you want to do is explode your penis because you didn’t know it well enough to know it was getting ready to explode (disclaimer: not an actual occurance, just a visual to help sell the point)

Like Roomtogrow said don’t start clamping until you have been PE’ing for a while and yes they are extremely dangerous and yes they do seem to work. But proceed with care because a lot of guys and very experienced guys have hurt themselves.

Hi bamixgee. All the exercises are dangerous if done incorrectly. Some are more advanced, as clamping is, with an increased chance of injury. Before beginning an exercise, read, read, and then read some more. Dino is a very experienced veteran of PE and you should listen carefully to what he says.

False. I got length from clamping. 7.25==>7.6bp.

Just straightforward kegeling in the clamp.
