Is it cheating if you straighten the curve to measure

I have a slight upward curve. If I straighten the curve I get one more centimeter/

I can imagine that if it was someone else (don´t know really how this could happen, I certainly would only let a girlfriend measure it if I manage to get a NBP 8”, then of course she can measure all she wants hehe) measuring your cock they certainly wouldn´t straighten the curve to give you a half inch.

If you use a seamstress tape and measure along the curve I’m sure it’s very close to straightening the curve.

Pick one method and stick with it for accuracy, i.e. use only one method for tracking progress. If someone asks about your size, say the reading that’s bigger. (:

I also have a large upward curve and I believe that straightening it out or measuring along the curve with a cloth tape measure is cheating. A curve may add to total volume but length is length and should be measured in a straight line.

It doesn’t matter as long as you measure the same way every time. You only measure so you can track progress!

If someone else is going to measure to check the stats you’ve given them, that may be a different matter, but how likely is that?
And then you just measure from the side, as they do in most pornos, and say “wow! it’s bigger than I thought!”. ;)

No, I don’t think it’s “cheating” but I also don’t think it’s your “official” size either. I know that is somewhat of a paradox. I would track both measurements though as they both have some merit.

Of course it’s not cheating. Some say you should measure in a straight line from the base to the tip, but that would be like saying the circumference of a circle is the diameter of the same circle, if you allow me to be far fetched :)

That is indeed very far fetched and actually a mathematical impossibility.

Maybe “cheating” is the wrong word. It would only be cheating if you used it as your official “bragging rights” measurement. If you have a 7.5 inch penis that looses 0.5 inches due to a curve you don’t have an 8” penis. Period. The length of your penis is the length from your public bone to the tip of your glans when measured parallel to the floor.

Like I said before, I’d love to be able to say I have an 8” penis (and I would if I measured along the curve) but I am honest with myself. You’re only fooling yourself if you count inches that don’t add to length as part of your length.
