Is it necessary to warmup before all PE exercises

I have done very little edging always after stretching and jelqing. Stretching for 5 to 10 minutes and about 3 to 4 hundred jelqs. What I want to know is can I edge without warming up? Is it safe to stretch like after urinating or jacking off? After/During edging session is it safe to do more stretching? Most importantly if I wanted to workout in 2 or more sessions should I warmup each time? Or can I do the initial warmup and continue with my sessions throughout the day without warming up again? I’m sure there are many forums discussing these topics, but unfortunately my search efforts are not being compensated. Therefore I am coming to my PE mentors for help.

Yes I would think so, but do warm up before the stretching.

Yes but if it’s a dedicated PE session and not just a few pulls, warm up. Also the head might be too sensitive to get a good stretch after jacking off.

Yes but make sure you are fully flaccid before any stretching.

Yes.

It is in your interest to warm up at the start of a session, to decrease the chance of injury and also because heated tissues are easier to stretch. But don’t use heat after a session, let things cool in the nice stretched out state you have created.

Would you suggest using a cold wrap or towel when my workout is over with? Or should I not wrap after my workout?

There are some that would say to wrap with a cold cloth after. They say it helps to cement gains. My opinion is that cold makes blood rush from the area and is not necessarily what you want. If you can, do a hot wrap after as well. That’s just my opinion. I don’t have anything to really back it up.

I agree with RoomToGrow. I experimented with that in the past, never got anything from it. No hot or cold wrap after workouts.

I also agree with this.
Do another hot wrap plus a gentle massage after PEing are recommended :) It really helps to avoid red dot and any bruise, not 100% proved? Well, I’m not sure, but I got once two small red dots and one tiny bruise on penis one month ago, and I did that and It worked effectively.
