Is it normal to not be stiff when starting the newbie routine?
I just started my routine and had an attempt, I felt nothing was happening during the exercises - I feel like I was doing them wrong or something, but I’m following the videos that are posted.. After the jelqing I did the kegels which I felt I was doing wrong as well, but at the end I was retracted and not stiff, can someone give some advice here? I’m confused.
