is it possible to only have a .375 inch fat pad, at very low body fat?

im like 5.75 npbel and 6.125 bpel. i think my fat pad is extremely minimal since i have almost no body fat, is it possible for it to be this low. im like 6’0 and 142lbs

At that height and weight it is possible, I think. I’m 5’ 10” and 192lbs and don’t look fat at all. My fat pad has decreased to .75” here recently so…if I were taller and 50lbs lighter it could definitely be down to the bone on the pubic mound in my opinion.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My fat pad is similar, no real fat, just pressing skin.
Do you have vascularity, in the lower abdomen region?


:rear: Always locked on the target.

Erect: 7.125" non-pressed length x 6.125" circumference

Flaccid: 5.5"x5.5"

Iam just slightly above 6’ 2” and I weigh 170, very fit body with very little fat.

I still have a “fat pad” of about .40 of an inch which is about the same as yours.

I believe that even at a solid 6-8% body fat (which is very respectable) you would have a fat pad of around .25 of an inch more or less. It’s not necessarily fat at that point, but everything else that comes just before hitting the bone.

I do believe it’s impossible to have a 0% fat pad. Maybe iam wrong, but in my eyes there has to be something between you and the bone.

I stay pretty lean year round. I’m 5’10” 215lbs and my fat pad is around 0.40-0.50 so yes it’s possible.

About a decade ago I got down below ten percent body fat and at 5’7” and 145 lbs, I had only a quarter inch difference between my bone pressed and non pressed measurements. It was awesome!!

I’m 5’ 9” and 165 lbs at age 67. Have never had a fat pad nor love handles. Remember at age 22 when an old tailor had a cow when measuring me for a suit. Had a twenty inch drop — 46” chest and 26” waist. A few years ago had a two hour surgery in the lower abdomen area with no general anesthetic —- just local numbing. My surgeon warned that with so little fat I’d probably be feeling more pain as she’d be cutting mainly muscle. The difference in my NBP and BPEL measurements is no more than 0.25 inch.

My fat pad is 0.4 when i am sitting down but standing up is more and this decreases my Nbpel when i am standing up. I hate it.
