Is My Starting Length Routine Too Much?
Starting size: 6.2 NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 5.1 EG
I’ve been lurking around PE forums for a while and comprised a starter routine for myself.
Warm up hot wet washcloth: 5 min
6x100 side to side
3x stretch up, down, outwards: 1 min each
DLD Blasters: 1x50
Extender at erect length: 3 hrs
I’ve been doing this for about a week and the only negative pi’s I have are turtling and slight soreness. Is this too much for a beginner routine?
