Hurting yourself in the beginning will only make that road to PE longer and harder. And it takes a lot of time and commitment.
Also, I have experienced times where I couldn’t get hard after some PE sessions, usually when my dick needed time off to recover. And have had times where I was “shorter” after PEing.
Body and dick wants to stay how it is. Why most folks don’t succeed on a diet. The dick has been at a size for a time. Thru PE you are trying to change it. Its first reaction when released is to go the opposite direction, shorter or smaller. Same way most dieter again weight in the first few weeks or months. This is where time and effort are needed, like athletes, as you keep changing your dick it is grow accused to and set a new normal longer or bigger than before.
