Is Streching and Jelqing enough?
Hey guys!
So I read one really old post from “Newbie” I think it’s from 2002. What he is basically saying is that more rest is better than exercise, he suggests one day workout and one day off. And he was only doing 10 minutes jelqing per day. His theory is that penis needs to recover, which is counter argument to the theory that you need to stress penis so the cells can heal in a new state, since it’s not a muscle who needs every second day rest. So here are my questions:
- Do you think “newbie” is telling the truth? (He said he gained 0,75 inch in 1 month which is a miracle if you ask me.)
- Is only jelqing and manual stretching 30-45 minutes per day enough?
- Should I wear an extender after workout so the penis heals in a new stretched state? (I read somewhere here also, that the penis bounces back after the workout and becomes even smaller if you don’t keep him in a stretched state during the day.)
