Hey guys!
So I read one really old post from “Newbie” I think it’s from 2002. What he is basically saying is that more rest is better than exercise, he suggests one day workout and one day off. And he was only doing 10 minutes jelqing per day. His theory is that penis needs to recover, which is counter argument to the theory that you need to stress penis so the cells can heal in a new state, since it’s not a muscle who needs every second day rest. So here are my questions:
- Do you think “newbie” is telling the truth? (He said he gained 0,75 inch in 1 month which is a miracle if you ask me.)
- Is only jelqing and manual stretching 30-45 minutes per day enough?
- Should I wear an extender after workout so the penis heals in a new stretched state? (I read somewhere here also, that the penis bounces back after the workout and becomes even smaller if you don’t keep him in a stretched state during the day.)

Please give me your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks in advance!

It sure worked for me and I never did more than 25 minutes 5 days a week.

Well, I am more sceptical of everyone claims. What works for some, may not work for others, and there is always the factor that some will edit his own pics to achieved his expected results.

Almost 2 cm in 1 month? No one even using ultrasound has achieved those results that fast. Many members experience 1 - 1.5mm of growth per week, so growing 20mm in 4 weeks? You do the math. (Kyrpa needed 3 years to achieve his 8.5", are you telling me that in a matter of a month he made much more gains that Kyrpa using an ultrasound in three years of Hard-Work?)

If he lost bodyfat, it could have "achieved" more NPBEL but apart from that, I really doubt those fake claims. 2 INCHES IN 6 MONTHS, 1 INCH IN 1 MONTH…

I would use with the lowest volume that gives you gains, and then steadily increase it on a weekly basis. I started at 2 minutes of stretching a day five days a week (10 minutes a week). I’m only going for length right now, so you would probably add in some jelqs on top of that if you want girth as well. As long as you’re gaining, you don’t need to add more volume.

I as well gained 0.7 inches in my first month. I think the first 0.5 (I gained it in the first week) was just my dick loosing some tightness that it had. The 0.2 I got in the three weeks after that is probably actual “newbie gains”.


Then again, I'm a virgin so anything I say might be completely incorrect.

I think guys who report large gains in short period of time are including improved EQ in that gain. Improved EQ is not a true “gain”, it is a restoration of previous size. Some guys may not realize they had a slightly smaller dick from poor EQ, either from lack of awareness or never measured.

Quickgains can be newbie gains, quick large gains are newbie gains plus EQ?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Indeed, thats why I also think that. Since we are literally “exercising” in some way our penis. Our penis responds to stimulus, leading to improvements in EQ and so on.

And as you stated, they recover their previous size to some extent, but they do not achieve almost 2cm of length in such a short time frame. You know what I mean?

Why would I take a picture of my dick? And why would I post it on the internet? It took 2 years of consistent work and I’m just peachy where everything is now.
