Of course, eat clean. It’ll help and promote growth, repair, and blood flow.

Try to cut out alcohol and smoking, fast food, fried food, limit your saturated fat intake, processed foods, sweets and so forth.

You can supplement with citrulline Malate. Best form for arginine. This will help blood flow definitely. Also your workouts and your pump if you exercise.

Fish oil

Meat and skin (meat is a great source of protein and skin has alot of amino acids that help with skin and tendon growth)

Beet root (it increase the nitric oxide)

Animal fat (fat is a building block of hormones)

Reduce sugar

Drink stinging nettle ( i think it helps with free test)

Overall healthy eating habits, less fried food….

GREAT ADVISE. I was gonna say plenty of animal fat and cholesterol. Both are essential to our health. All sex hormones are made of cholesterol. Without proper cholesterol in the diet there is no proper erectile function. Our brains are 98% fat. Without proper amounts of animals fat in our diets there is no healthy brain. Perhaps even becomes powder as in alzheimers disease which parallel the introduction of statin drugs and cholesterol free fat free diets. All our nervous system is made of cholesterol as the walls of every single cell in our bodies is too.

Yes! Fats (not trans fats) are necessary. If i remember correctly long time ago kelloggs was involved in some experiment where they gave to teenagers a ton of carbs and zero fats to stop them from masturbating. Well zero fats and that leads to zero production of hormones. Eat fat, reduce sugar/carbs.

Fat free diet is truly not good for humans, fat is essential.

Aside from the above mentioned, watermelon helps to hydrate your body (makes it more flexible) and it has natural citruline in it (actually citruline was originally derived from watermelon).
