is this a good adapted routine for length?
hey guys im dong jp90 routine,but people told me here i could adapt it for my length objectives,i am thinking of doing it like this (50 jelqs+30 sec btc stretch+helicopter shakes+ 30 sec ball stretch)(repeat 3 times),and so i would increase gradually jelqs and time.
so what do you guys think,since im new i would like to know i if those exercises are appropriate,what could i add, any suggestions thanks
