Is This a Good Routine?
I have been at PE for about a month for the first 2 weeks this was my routine:
5 days on, 2 days off (except 1st week was 3 on 2 off).
5 minute warmup
10 min stretching (down, sides, up)
5 min V-Stretches
5 min warm pad
300 wet jelqs
and every 100 jelqs I would do some squeezes.
5 min warmdown
Since then I have increased the stretching to 15 minutes and do about 400 jelqs, and I have also been finishing off with 30 Girth Blasters.
I found that for some reason it took me a long time to do the 300-400 jelqs (maybe because I’m not very efficient yet) so for the past 3 days I have been going by time instead of count, aiming for about 25 minutes (about 250-300).
Is this a good routine to start with? I have gotten some gains. Also, with the jelqs, is it better if I measure the quantity by time or numbers of strokes? Also, I don’t know how to judge if I am doing too much. I haven’t had any injuries, or red spots, and I have been getting gains (1/4 inch BPEL and 1/8 inch Girth).
