i want maly girth, so if anyone could please give me a fast acting routine it would be very much appreciated.

The jelq is a versatile exercise. If you exercise at 40-60% erect you will get primarily length. if at 60+% erection girth begins to predominate. The higher the percentage the more girth oriented the exercise. For girth it is also useful to slow down strokes.

How long to do suggest the average workout routine to last? Also, can you tell us what routines have you used that have been the most successful? I’m a Newbie who just got the power-jelq product a couple of days ago. Excited, but very nervous about performing the routines the “wrong way”. So any advice you have would be appreciated. Thanks.

I still use the “newbie routine” but have worked up to 20 min stretch and 40 min jelq. Sometimes I throw in a bit of pumping.

Start simple, I have always recommended to stick with what you are doing untill it doesn’t produce then switch things up or up the intensity. Here’s the routine:
