Is this Realistic goal-wise?

I’m naturally about 8-8.25”X5” and I’m hoping to in the long-term, if it’s possible, move up to 10”X6-6.5”. I realize this is likely going to take a long-time, but I’d like to know if it’s viable at all, and lastly, would it be possible to pull that off in two years?

Possible but not likely.

The girth is going to be your biggest hang up. It simply is difficult to gain girth on command. That alone is a goal I would put out to 5 years minimum unless you crack the code for yourself.

Length takes time but people have gained an inch in a year for 2 years in a row. That’s possible but unlikely in that time span.

Your starting size makes your goals possible but time-consuming. Take the stopwatch off and you’ll eventually get there if you’re patient and get a good grasp on how your penis reacts to PE.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Is it possible that the big gainers are just more focused/committed people?

Entirely. However, being committed alone doesn’t do it. An understanding of PE has to be gained in order to maximize your time and effort into results, especially big results. Many men, committed like a gym regiment, end up with little or nothing to show because doing too much in itself nets you no gains.

Being committed is only half of the battle. Understanding, moderation and temperance are the mental aspects that are equally important.

Your length goal is achievable but its more likely to take more than 2 years. Its worth it anyway, the time goes by fast when you are fully committed.

Although 1.5 inch gain in girth is going to be a big challenge. Dont rush heavy girth routines. Go for the length first and try to maximize your girth gains for jelqing. Thats what i would do if i were you.

Very insightful, especially from someone that walks the walk. Do you think that it is necessary to dive deep into the anatomy books and understand the biology knowledge of the body and all or using TP only (but reading a lot) would suffice ?

Read a lot. That said everyone responds differently to the stressors of PE. There isn’t a cookie cutter approach.

That makes me think about that; is there an PI indicative of overconditioning beside not gaining ?

How To Gain Like a Pro

This is an excellent question. I would say an advanced understanding biology is not needed. Most of the big gainers did not have an advanced understanding of biology when they began to gain. Additionally, an advanced understanding of biology can hinder you because many of the mechanisms and theories of PE are not well founded but the results speak for themselves. So an advanced understanding would leave you confused at some of the things we do.

The thing that will make you gain well is experimenting until you find something that helps you to gain that you understand how it affects you. Almost every big Gainer has a thing that they do most.

Bib pioneered hanging techniques. Big Girtha was mostly clamping and pumping. PE4F was all about high pressure pumping. DLD (before he was a shill and a fake) was all about manuals and pioneered the DLD Blaster, a great manual exercise I highly recommend.

Truly, the key to gaining is mastering something in PE that you at least moderately enjoy, that works for you. This way the hours of work it takes won’t be drudgery as you perfect your practice of choice.

Right now, a lot of what I do, is just wake up in the morning, at 6, and then extend for an hour, and hang for 5 until 12. After that, it’s working out and then work. I game in the early morning, read, and otherwise chill, or work on my online classes, so it’s stuff I can do while relaxing or studying, that I can feel working and pulling, without needing much else. Afterwards it’s just jelqing to get the blood flow, before working out.

Thanks thougtfulgold, I’m thinking about becoming a pumping expert eventually, so far I enjoy it above all else.

Many people gained more than you want in the ” big gainer highlights” thread, assuming they’re not lying.

|||||Start: 14cm NBPEL|||||Now: 17,5cm NBPEL|||||Goal: 20cm NBPEL||||

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

Chase it even if you wont get it. As long as you aren’t too aggressive you will be motivated and gain more than with a lower goal

Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG
