Is this safe

Is this safe

My routine in the last two weeks or so has been 90% jelqing. Just yesterday, I started to sort of “improvise” with some PE techniques. The problem is I don’t know if it has been done before, or if it is even safe.

What I did during my jelqing session was squeeze the base of the penis as you normally would, and hold it (at the base) so your penis becomes engorged. Then, with my other hand, I GENTLY squeeze the sides of my shaft and then the glans, forcing more blood into the penis and expanding it between the base grip and where ever you squeeze on the penis.

I’ve only done it once or twice, but I do it gently. I didn’t want to keep doing this without knowing whether or not this is an actual safe and/or effective technique. What do you guys think?

I’ve also tried this a few times, and I think it’s as effective as clamping only this is manually.. So it takes a little more effort. I don’t think it could do you any harm unless you squeeze to hard/fast beyond expansion. You would probably know best when you are pushing the limits or keeping it safe and good. The exercise it self seems harmless too me if done properly and stop or decrease by indication of numbness/pain/discoloration

Start Mar-16-2009 BPEL 7.2" (18,3 cm) EG midshaft 5.12" (13,0 cm)

Current Jan-14-2010 BPEL 7.56" (19,2 cm) EG midshaft 5.28" (13,4 cm)

Long term Goal NBPEL 8.5" (21,59 cm) EG midshaft 6.30" (16,0 cm)

When I first got into manual PE I would often do this during my jelqing session.

A lot of guys do variations of engorged squeezing. The ‘search’ will find the different names. Just don’t get too carried away, you have only been PEing your dick for 2 weeks. Just watch for PIs or NIs and enjoy the experimenting.

Squeezing and clamping are not for newbies. You should stick to the Newbie routine, lest you risk injury.
