I’m starting with a rather basic setup, but I plan to ramp it up rapidly after the first month.

First Month:
15 minutes of jelqing
15 minutes of stretches (with 3 minutes per each stretch)

I do that two times in a day, with minute long kegels throughout the day.

After that, I’m planning on adding an extender and weights to the mix.

The problem is, I tend to go to extremes, which in something like this, could likely cause problems.
Last year, I came in at 285lbs, but was able to drop sixty pounds in three months, by going hard enough to kill myself. The problem is, the equipment I’m working on is a LOT more delicate this time around.

Where’s your warm up? In addition, I would stretch first in your routine, the theory being it stretches and fatigues the outermost layer of your tunica. I would keep my stretching to five minutes. I would then start with five minutes of jelqing, and add a minute per week. Lots of new guys go at it too hard when they are starting out. Ask yourself this. Why are you working out twice a day? Do you really feel like your penis can recover from the first workout in just ten or twelve hours? I think you will likely only condition your penis to the amount of stress you are placing on it, and it will simply respond by refusing to give you any growth. Remember, your penis isn’t growing while you work it out. It grows while you rest.

I’m doing three days, with a day break in-between.
