Is this too much for a beginners routine?
I’m starting with a rather basic setup, but I plan to ramp it up rapidly after the first month.
First Month:
15 minutes of jelqing
15 minutes of stretches (with 3 minutes per each stretch)
I do that two times in a day, with minute long kegels throughout the day.
After that, I’m planning on adding an extender and weights to the mix.
The problem is, I tend to go to extremes, which in something like this, could likely cause problems.
Last year, I came in at 285lbs, but was able to drop sixty pounds in three months, by going hard enough to kill myself. The problem is, the equipment I’m working on is a LOT more delicate this time around.
