Ok, I haven’t PE very intensely. I mostly wanted to condition my unit for a couple of months and so I used a light routine and schedule, every other day:

5 minutes hot glass of water (sometimes)
5 minutes stretching (sometimes)
100 wet jelqs (light to moderate intensity 4 seconds strokes, kegeling in between)
kegels 50 x 5 secs + 1 x 60 secs

Basically my PE consisted of only 5-10 minutes of jelqing, yet I managed to add a little bit of meat:

What surprises me the most is girth: my penis really looks more meaty, I waited a full four weeks before measuring again, but I could tell it was growing. If it turns out that I’m a girth gainer I will be very happy because I’m shy of my pencil dick. For the next month I plan to be more consistent with warm-up and stretching, as well as raise jelqs to 150.

I haven’t noticed better erections though. Should I increase kegels intensity and/or frequency? Any suggestions?

im getting good girth gains too - in 6 weeks went from 5” mid girth to 5.25! its more incredible then my length gains, i don’t do anything fancy other then jelqing and stretching.. maybe im jelqing too much, it feels like 40 minutes sometimes. my total pe workout takes 1 hour in the shower… 1/4 of it is actual showering leaving maybe 10 minutes stretching and 35 minutes jelqing and 5 minutes for fluffing and in betweens..

i think girth is the intensity of the jelqs and how many you do… try 300-400 wet jelqs now that you’re on the second month
