What is a Power Jelq ? A manual technique or a machine device type thing? I’m kind of confused.

What angle to do you stretch out in for the JAI stretch?

Whatever you want. Basically the main purpose is to stretch ligaments — so if I had to choose only one angle, I’d preferably stretch just straight down.

Staight down; alternately with your legs spread, pull parallel to each leg to stress one side of the lig a bit more. And perhaps to give your arms a break by using the other arm.
