Jai-V
Hi. Lurker here. This is a semi-newbie question here. Has anyone ever incorporated the V-stretch into the Jai system?
That is, use the right hand (dominant hand) to pull straight out for a few seconds, and then use the thumb to press down on the shaft using the Jai system of breathing.
So it would go something like this:
1. Pull the head straight out for 2 seconds. Breathing in.
Breath out 2 seconds.
2. Pull the head straight out, and this time, press down on the shaft with the thumb while breathing in 2 for two seconds.
Breath out 2 seconds.
3. Repeat step 2 until fatigued.
This seems to utitilize the theories between both exercises. That is, an extra amount of force from the V-stretch, and beating the muscle kickback from the JAI.
