Hello I’m new in this community and exercises.

The last Thursday I discovered the angion method exercises and I give it a chances, after the first session I got a very nice erection. I have been lurking in this site and I’m aware about the controversy about those exercises but I was wonder as a beginner I can add the AM 1 in the newbie routine.

Start doing the AM 1 in the morning and the newbie routine in the night to give a chance the tissues of taking a break and not over exercise.

Also I would like know when is safe know if a routine is working or not because I was doing jelqing for 3 days and my flaccid penis stays in a “‘swollen” state during 1 or 2 minutes and then shrinks to the normal size. I should keep with the beginner routine or move to the lineal newbie routine?

I want keep it by the improve of the erection quality I noticed, but I think it would get the same effect doing edging as well

When I finish the newbie routine (5 minutes warming up with hot water, 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing) I didn’t notice this famous swolle effect that lasts a long time, if perhaps leaving it to trial and error it lasts between 4 and 5 minutes and its not that big because my normal flaccid state is 12 cm (4.7 inches) and after the routine it was 14 cm(5.5 inches).

Is this a sign that I’m doing the exercises wrong? Due to jelqing alone this week I haven’t noticed any improvement in my spontaneous daytime erections, nor do I have erections when I wake up (before jelq they were rare anyway).

What served as input for this entire community was not the jelqing but the angion method and during my first attempt I noticed a notable increase in the quality of my erections. There was a slight increase in size (not a grown, its the effect of a better EQ I believe ) and I have an easier time getting them, I attribute this more to doing AM 1/edging and nothing else.

Also is there a way to check if you have a hard tunic ? Since I believe that this could explain the lack of positive physiological indicators.

I’ve been thinking about switching to the lineal newbie routine or adding an extra warm up after stretches.
