Jelq once every 3 days?
Has anyone ever tried such a minimalist routine? I ask because my body can’t seem to tolerate even a 1 on 1 off 10min jelq only routine. I also do 5 min warm up and warm down. Heck my body doesn’t even seem to like the same routine mon, weds and fri. I also don’t jelq too hard and consider myself a PE veteran who’s read extensively and experimented with technique and routines since 2002. The only conclusion I can think of is a undiagnosed medical problem that prevents my body from recovering like everyone else.
So I ask has anyone tried, or know someone who’s succeeded in say a 1 on 2 off routine? Or maybe its my time to try this out and report my findings in this thread.
