Jelq routine
Hi to all. I started PE for girth purposes about three weeks ago and I do only jelqs in my routine(warmups apart) having it every day, once.
I have this feeling that if I jelqued not every day but every other day (thus doing PE excercises every 2 days-one day yes,next day off,the other day yes,the next no etch)maybe it would be better for my progress.I use to jelq about 10-15mins.
What do you think?
