Jelq Squeeze felt Amazing but. should I stop?

Hey everyone, Newbie here with 1 month experience needs your help. I was browsing the site and stumbled upon the jelq squeeze video.. Curiosity got the best of me and I had to try it.. And man after 5 min of doing the jelq squeeze it felt amazing, felt like I got an actual dick workout.. As with the wet or dry jelq I just did the routine and didn’t really feel anything like this, there seems to be limited info on the jelq squeeze from what I can tell or maybe I’m just not looking hard enough but does anyone have experience with this certain PE exercise? Is it safe or beneficial to do replace the jelq Excercie and just do like a warm up/stretch/jelq squeeze? Or should I do half and half.. Like 100 jelqs and 50 squeezes? Sorry for all the questions but I just feel like the jelq squeeze feels really good for me and I want to know how to incorporate it safely to my PE. Thanks in advance

Please don’t do jelq squeezes just yet.

You have just started doing PE please stick with the newbie routine .That routine actually helps your penis get used to the stress that will be applied later on ,when you do advance exercises and in my opinion jelq squeezes are advance and they can easily injure you like some mild pain ,soreness ,black spots on the glans etc. Please stick with the normal newbie routine for at-least 1 or 2 more month.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Your idea to say warm up with 100 jelqs and then go to 50 squeezes sounds like a good idea. It is a very powerful technique so you have to be careful not to start breaking capillaries like crazy.

I came up with a very similar technique that I called girth blasters that you might also like very much. Unfortunately I don’t have a video, but you know what the squeeze technique looks like so my description of girth blasters should make sense as how to correctly perform them. As with squeezes, girth blasters are a very powerful internal pressure building technique that you have to be careful not to start breaking capillaries. Here is the link:

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Example=Let’s say you start doing these intense exercises and by some miracle you avoid any injury, about a year later you might make gains of lets say an inch.Then you hit a wall you reach a plateau and then you need like maybe 3 to 6 months of break from PE to de-condition your unit so that you gain again.

If you do the newbie routine then go on about adding one exercise at a time after a year you might reach 1 inch but if you hit a plateau here you can just shift to a bit intense routine then you will start to gain and you wont have to waste time on de-conditioning and continue making gains.

So if you calculate you will gain more if you go down the simple and easy path.

Definitely not a newbie exercise,wait until you have at least three months experience. Great exercise but not for newbies.

Thanks everyone for the feedback highly appreciated. I’ll wait a couple months and them add it to my newbie routine see how it goes .. I’m just impatient hehe
