Jelq Squeeze felt Amazing but. should I stop?
Hey everyone, Newbie here with 1 month experience needs your help. I was browsing the site and stumbled upon the jelq squeeze video.. Curiosity got the best of me and I had to try it.. And man after 5 min of doing the jelq squeeze it felt amazing, felt like I got an actual dick workout.. As with the wet or dry jelq I just did the routine and didn’t really feel anything like this, there seems to be limited info on the jelq squeeze from what I can tell or maybe I’m just not looking hard enough but does anyone have experience with this certain PE exercise? Is it safe or beneficial to do replace the jelq Excercie and just do like a warm up/stretch/jelq squeeze? Or should I do half and half.. Like 100 jelqs and 50 squeezes? Sorry for all the questions but I just feel like the jelq squeeze feels really good for me and I want to know how to incorporate it safely to my PE. Thanks in advance
