Jelqing and Clamping

Anyone out there doing a combination of jelqing and clamping?

I’m getting into doing clamping (just started last week),
And I’m considering doing jelqs for a while first, then doing a clamping session.
I guess it’s similar to pumping and clamping in some respects (mentioned somewhere else in these
Forums). I may also add some bends into the routine. I used to mainly only do manual jelqs and some stretching, but my gains have been
Minimal if any for a while now, so I’m looking to change things around to help get the gains happening again..

Any suggestions/advice?

Jasper, how long have you been doing the newbie routine?

If you havnt done the newbie routine for a while then you shouldnt be clamping. Try to get as much from the newbie routine as you can.

Been doing a variation of the newbie routine on and off for a few years now. Yeah, maybe I should stick to

The same routine, except instead of jelqing for 1/2 an hour a day (with warm wrap and V-stretches for 15-20 min), maybe I’ll do them for longer.. It’s hell on my hand though.. That and I may have hit a plateau. I haven’t had any gains in the last 2 months of pretty routine PEing (5days on, 2 days off).

Oh btw - when I started I was 5.5” BPEL and 4.5” EG.. I know my unit can handle the stress of clamping, but if I can still get gains from manual techniques, I’d rather wait.. We’ll see. I do like the idea of bending, and am starting to encorporate those.. I try to be pretty careful doing this stuff. I already had thrombosis occur about a year and a half ago.. It’s gone now, but I’m almost paranoid about injuries (although not paranoid enough to stop PEing!)

OK, so after thinking about it, I decided to try clamping out during this last week (just couldn’t stay away!). I figured since I have been doing this for quite a while that’d it be worth giving a shot. Here’s the routine I’m working with:

*Warm up - 5 min (warm water on a small towel)
*Stretches - 15 min (10 sec count up straight down UL UR LL LR
*Jelqs - (gradual erection lvls) 100-200 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
*Bends - 15 min total @10 sec count each position left right up down varying fulcrum in 4 positions up the shaft at about 90% erection(Tuesdays and Thursdays)
*Clamping- 15 min (with the Cable Clamp and a cut off tube sock for padding - folded over for double thickness)

I’m doing this 5 days on and 2 days off (weekends, although I’ll probably do some work on weekends here and there).
So as you can see I’m starting off real easy on the cable clamp. I’ll gradually increase that length of time as I get used to it. Making sure I stick to 10-15 min intervals. No problems so far. I read about changing the routine around, and I like that idea. I might even change things around more each day from here. Wish me luck!

BTW - thanks alot for the input, guys, I totally understand the need to be careful and to not try things that are going to destroy my willie. During the last week I have not had too much pain involved at all, and everything looks good. No blood spots, not much soreness, etc.

Just so you guys know, I had started with clamping, then stopped, then started again after thinking about it..

Yeah I do. It is a great combination though.

Yeah, this is what exactly I’m doing.


7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
