How tight of a grip should I be using when I jelq? I have watched the Gandolf video and been a lurker here for a long time before I joined, but I am still confused about this one part of the jelq. Thanks for your help.
Its a personal preference. The tighter you grip, the more intensity you’ll have. The looser the grip, the less intensity.
