Jelqing Issues
So I have been following newbie routine for a few months, when I started, I read the instructions for the different exercises rather than watch the videos. Looked at the video yesterday and realized I have been doing the jelq exercise incorrectly. I had been using one hand, squeezing from base to tip then letting go and repeating. Video shows squeezing from base to tip with one hand, then holding at tip, then putting other hand at base and squeezing with that hand. When I try to do this, I have problems, it seems after a couple of jelqs, that my balls get in the way and I don’t seem to get anything out of the exercise. Not sure if I am explaining this correctly, has anyone else had similar issues, any ideas on how to overcome?
