Jelqing Question

Just a quick question on jelqing. When doing this, how much “pull” on the skin should I be encountering. Its a question of pressure, really. Should I be pulling the skin with my fingers as I move them along, or should I just exert enough pressuer to squeeze, without pulling the skin? thanks!

You shouldn’t be aiming at stretching the skin. The objective is to stretch and expand the sheat (fascia or tunica) surrounding the CS/CC, as well as the CS/CC itself. Only then will the volume increase. You can feel it as a tough layer just under the skin when stretching your penis. It is often referred to as milking, and the purpose is to trap the blood temporarily and expand the CC and the CS, thereby stretching the tunica.

Stretching focuses on lengthening the ligaments that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. I sense, that the gain many see in the beginning is from this area. It will also to some degree lengthen the fascia/tunica.

Again, it takes alot of dedication to get worthwhile gains, and possibly some light exercises to do, even when you get to where you wanna go.

One last thing: Get properly measured, and warm up.

I’ve had a 40 pound weight loss over the past year, so there is extra skin on my abdomen. When I wet jelq the skin gets pulled along because of the tight squeeze. To prevent this what I do is I use my free hand in a loose OK grip to pull the skin back to the base as soon as my jelqing hand advances towards the glans. When the jelqing hand reaches the glans, I kegel and tighten the hand at the base and start the next jelq stroke. It’s working pretty well for me.

I lost around the same amount of weight (I quit working out a while ago) and I use the same technique. It works very well, although I don’t throw in a kegel. I use a Blaster variation instead (only in the position of my body that is). I sit at the edge of a chair and lean back so that my upper back is resting against the seat back, then I suck in my gut and flex my abs while doing the Blaster. I get massive CS/CC inflation this way.

That is interesting about using the “off” hand to hold the skin back. I might not have thought of that for a while. Thanks!

I think wet jelqing is much easier in regards to not pulling the skin back.
