Is there any way that I can gain like 1.5 to 2 inches from just jelqing, stretching, and clamping? I am 6 bpel right now. I feel like hanging is dangerous and painful and I was wondering if I could get good results from just the basic stuff. Any on want to weigh in?

Using the basic exercises has helped many of our member increase their members. Some have reached two inches in gains. Everyone is different and it mainly depends on your attitude (don’t be in a hurry), time (slow and easy), and consistency.
