I got a question about jelqing:

Is it better to put more pressure to the sides or to the middle of your friend while jelqing?Which method is more effective.

Or is it maybe the best to put the pressure equale to the sides and the middle?

Its best to vary. Watch out for the top side of the penis because thats where the dorsal nerve is located (close to surface).

Try switching between a standard ok and an overhand ok and jelqing in an upward direction and a downward direction. Also rotate the grip, you will find there are sweet spots where you trap more blood without any extra pressure.

The more that you can work out your whole penis the better.

A good grip is pretty essential and its better to go for a 15 min jelq with a good grip than and hour with a bad grip.
