I know this question has been asked ad nauseam, but I’ve been reading about jelqing, and everything I see that’s said by doctors says that it doesn’t work, the penis isn’t a muscle, that all it does is engorge your penis temporarily. Why is this? Is there any actual science behind this? It seems like it would be a simple thing to confirm or deny, and everything I read is denials.

People aren’t hanging around here because it doesn’t work. Why would they?

Thats rude and unnecessary, and a hint of defensiveness. I never said I didnt believe. Anyone can put doctored measurements down. I looked at your profile and I don’t see any progress pictures from you either. The issue is not whether you care if I believe you.

Take it down a notch, okay? All the guys who responded have been here a while and know their stuff. So, let’s re-boot this conversation. You have some doubts about PE. Fair enough. In fact, mainstream media is dedicated to casting doubts on PE. The best course of action that I recommend is to unlatch your mind from anything you have read prior to this. Come here slowly and with an open mind. Browse around a lot. Let the lessons soak in. PE is a long-game activity, so treat your learning of it to be long-game, too. You can’t expect the keys to be handed to you on Post #1. But the keys are out there, definitely; I can assure you.

The doctors are right, the penis isn’t a muscle. Unlike muscles, the penis is made up mostly of two proteins, collagen and elastin, both of which are capable of growth. With the right exercises and appropriate amount of time, you can deconstruct your penis and make it rebuild thicker, longer, wider, deeper, stronger.

No idea why the mainstream medical community are so ignorant of this, but then again, most doctors are biased towards surgery and drugs for any kind of health concern so I shouldn’t be surprised.

I totally see where you’re coming from and I had the same questions and at times, frustrations. I’m roughly 4.5 months in and nothing except a lot of purple spots and a huge lump on my shaft that has only started to go down but has been there for 5 days and counting.

But for me, the amount of people still posting here is the majority of the proof I need. Although I will also say, it does annoy me when people say their before photos got lost on a hard drive or something.

Also someone made a good point about doctors being biased… I also wonder if it’s possible that with the possibility of injury maybe they don’t want to be liable for giving bad advice.

I started off with jelqing and pulling routines. Why? Because it makes you “penis aware”. By that I mean, jelqing gets you comfortable with touching and handling your penis without masturbating…and for me that had been a huge barrier. Hell anytime I had the chance to be alone and touch myself you’d bet I was yanking and cranking for an orgasm. That’s why having the right mindset and “alone time” is crucial. Jelqing is like yoga for your penis….seriously! You jelq to condition your penis for more intense and involving activities like stretchers, weights and pumps. It also helps with pulling that bit of penis that’s tucked up under the pelvic bone. That alone contributed to half or more of my added length. It was there, but just hiding lol

Anyway… again I’ll just say jelqing is key to learning how to just touch yourself and focus.

You’ve nothing to lose. Give it a safe try with the newbie routine. In months I’ll have 15 years here growing and more importantly helping others grow. Give it 3-4 months of a safe and consistent newbie routine. I’m confident you’ll be surprised.

Sorry, wasn’t meant to be rude. It’s just we see these comments all the time. What you have to realize is that doctors can be quick to dismiss what’s not found in their text books. They are human like you and I only believing what is familiar to them.
