Is it normal to feel a little disscomfort in the head of penis the day after jelqing? now that i stepped up my exercise time i notice this but no pain just a slight sort of stabbing feeling.

well I often feel a bit sore at the base and the tip of the penis

and it can be slightly painful to touch the skin of the glans for a while

I guess it s alright
