I have no privacy, and I can’t stay 20-25 mins doing jelqs all at once.

Is there some countereffect on doing it 3 or 4 or 5 times per day (only when I have time) for 4 or 5 minutes?

Someone tried this split of the exercise?

There are a lot of people that use split routines, in the morning and evenings. Have you only started PEing this month. Why not try a 10 minute routine? 3 mins stretching, 5 mins jelqing and a warm up. A lot of people have gained doing less then the newbie routine. If you can’t do that then the split routine is OK.

Just remember, don’t pull to hard when stretching, or grip to hard when jelqing. Stay safe and take it easy.

That’s interesting, I hadn’t thought about splitting the routine. Does that mean you split the Stretching and jelqing parts, if so warm up both times?

Always warm up before PE, otherwise nothing works and you’ll pretty much be waisting your time.

Well, the part about the warm up isn’t necessarily true.

Warm up can only be beneficial, but you can gain without warm-up too, but then there is a greater risk of an injury happening.

acacia — I am doing a split routine and gaining with it.

I warm up and stretch in the morning.

I warm up and jelq in the afternoon.

Additionally I don’t think you need to spend tons of time jelqing when you are starting out.

I am only doing about 90 3-second jelqs per workout, and so far so good.

Additionally I am only doing 3 sets of stretches.

I know from experience that too much is not good.

5 mins jelg is what I started out with and got good gains.

I mean, 30-40 jelqs in the morning during shower, 15-20 at the mid of the morning at work, maybe again at the end of the morning, some stretch after pee, then again 20-25 in the afternoon, and all the times I have time to do a decent number of jelqs/stretches.

To me it would be better to do the jelqs this way when you have the time. I would expect that you will see some gains.

The alternative is to do what you doing now - worrying about it and doing NO JELQS!

So just do what you can in the amount of time you have!

Again I am doing no more than 100 jelqs a day, about 3 seconds each. And am taking 2 days off in between. And gaining.

Please do warm up and warm down with every session.

I really don’t know how to do warm up and warm down at work.

If you have to PE at work, perhaps you could take a small cloth towel, wet it with very warm water, and then wrap it around your penis for 5 minutes.

Many here at thunder’s believe that warm up and warm down is very important for two reasons:

— warms up/loosens the tissue so that it is ready for exercise. Also prevents injury. You do not want to injure your penis.
— helps with the healing process, therefore making your penis bigger.

I do not PE at work that would scare me! What if I were caught! But I do use a rice sock to warm up with. I put in the microwave for 45 secs. Perhaps you have a microwave in your office and you could warm up your sock with say, a hot beverage so no one would know.

Another option is this — in the US there is a product sold at my drugstore called “Body Buddy” — it is essentially like a rice sock. It is sold to be used as a source of heat on your sore shoulders, neck, etc, It is filled with natural grains and gives off a nice moist heat. You put it in the microwave, and then wrap it around your neck.

Perhaps there is a similar product in Italy. I would bet you do, because I have visited Italy, and you have MANY WONDERFUL THINGS there.

Perhaps you could buy something like that, and start using it around the office on your “sore neck.” Then people would be used to seeing you and it, and would think nothing of you heating it up.

I suppose it is possible that others would ask you to let them “try it out” on their necks as well, but hopefully not!

A warning though, you would not heat this up as long for your penis as you would need to do for a sore neck.
