I read somewhere that people said “Jelquing is supposed to be pleasureful. Sometimes people get carried away and start masturbating during it”

I forget where I Read it, one of the jelquing threads.

Anyway, Jelqing kind of sucks for me. So maybe I am doing it wrong.

Here is how I do it:


  • In shower, I warm up for 5 mins, do ten 30 second stretches
    Then I put some lube on my penis and do jelqing:

    I stimulate myself to 100% erection
    I put my right hand on the far base of my penis (as far down as it goes below the layer of fat)
    With a U shape (my thumb on one said, index finger on the other) I apply a fair amount of pressure
    Over the course of 3-5 seconds I move my hand forward till a bit below the glans
    Then with my other hand I do the same thing (with my first hand still squeezing the glans)
    Then my first hand is removed and the cyle goes on

    After about 45 seconds, my errect starts to drop down to about 60%
    at this point I:
    Do a kegal between each jelq and my penis feels like a balloon.
    I jelq through that for about 30 seconds

    Then my penis is like 30% errect and I re-stimulate it till it is 100% errect and continue

    I jelq, in total for 10 minutes (doing the newbiew routine


How does this sound? Its not pleasureful, but then again I have high standards when it comes to sexual pleasure :D

As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

It sounds like your routine is pretty good. The main thing you have to work on is maintaining a more constant erection strength. 60% is good for beginning. Have you tried jelqing while looking at porn or anything like that, to help you stay more erect? Also, have you tried starting jelqing without a 100% erection? You’re really not supposed to do any jelqing with a high erection level at the beginning of your PE career. Serious injury can result.

And no, I don’t think it’s a problem that you don’t feel pleasure when jelqing. I think a lot of guys end up masturbating at the end just because their dicks are all swollen and lubed — not because they have an irrepressible sexual urge built up from the jelqing.

I haven’t seen any substantial newbie gains with this yet.. I guess I am too used to instant gratification. Regardless, I PE religiously now and its only been 2 weeks.

I even came to a party for my friend because I had to PE.

Where did you get the idea to start at 100%? If you are going for girth, it is best to jelq in the 80% range. This way, you are full enough to generate good internal pressure and the tunica is flexible enough to expand and stretch. When you try to jelq at 100%, the tunica is too rigid for good expansion.

Try starting in the 80% range and use a jelq pressure that applies a good force, but is still pleasurable enough to maintain the 80% level.
