Jelquing vs hanging
I am not looking for any indepth routines or comparisons…but for those who have both jelqued /manual stretched and hung…which has proven the more effective for you personally for length gains. I know that it varies from person to person…I am just trying to get an overall idea.
I just can’t hang for hours everyday..as I can’t hang until my wife goes to bed which is usually 10 to 11 at night…and hanging presents more opportunity for me to get caught PEing…also I have hung on and off for about 6 to 9 months..and even though I have been very careful…I have already sustained two injuries (lack of sensitivity) which have necessitated taking breaks from hanging.
For me personally jelquing and manual stretching seem to be more of a viable option….but are they as effective as hanging…or more specifically how do they compare to hanging.
