Hope I don’t get too lambasted about this :) I’m doing the newbie routine here, 5 min warm up, 10 min stretch, 200 jelqs, yada yada

I read the jelq link under newbie routine, but still have a question, my question is, while jelqing, I create the ok grip at the base, slide up to the glans, then do another ok grip at the base and then release the top grip, and slide the bottom grip up, thus finishing 1 jelq? Or do I create an ok grip, slide to top, hold, create another ok grip with other hand while still holding the top hand, and slide up and don’t release top grip until other grip reaches it?

I’ve noticed when I do it the second way, when I make the ok grip at the base with the other grip at the top, the shaft seems to be getting more full, or filling up a lot more, don’t really know how to describe it, I just don’t want to be at risk of injuring myself if I shouldn’t be doing this, I’ve been pe’ing for about 2-3 weeks now, any help is greatly appreciated, snoogins

I would say what you’re doing is fine, as long as you don’t hold it for too long, or with too much force, because that would then start to qualify as a form of clamping, which is a highly advanced routine. If you’re not experiencing any bruising, spotting, bleeding, or general pain, then keep at it.


8-1-2009: BPEL 7.250 x 5.5

11-1-2009: BPEL 7.750 x 5.875

Goal: 9 x 6.5

No do it the first way, but what you described would be 2 jelqs. I think the second thing your doing is something called squeezes and its totally different. Make an OK grip at the base, slide it up to the bottom of glans, OK grip the base with the other hand, and thats 1 jelq. When you slide your second hand up you just made the second OK grip with, that would be your second jelq.

The word your looking for when you say ‘filling up’ is engorgement. The second thing you described are modified jelqs, they are more powerful. I’m pretty new myself but I do a combination of jelqing and what you described just for a little bit of variety. I probably do 1 squeeze for every 4 jelqs or so.

Also I hope in your ‘yada yada’ you’re doing kegels, they’re very important :)

Yeah thats what my yada yada loosely translated into, I’m doin the newbie routine as it’s written out, I just didn’t want to keep typing everything,

And I’ve tried watching that video multiple times, but I always get a ‘safari can’t open this page’, or a ‘you do not have permission to view this page’

I don’t release my top grip until my moving hand has jelqed about halfway up my shaft. It helps me maintain more balanced engorgement. When I jelq the first way you described, unless I’m jelqing at higher erections, I don’t feel as much engorgement as I’d like until I get towards the top of my shaft.

Just do whatever feels better to you. The first way will probably get you more length; the second way, girth. Good luck!

Try saving it to file.

Or switch to FireFox. IMO its a superior browser…To all others. Maximum customisability and the best Add-ons, so easy to add them on too kehe
