Just finished a PE session

I just finished this session:

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

After I was finished I noticed some red dots on the top of the head and I have some dark blemishes mid way up my shaft. I would assume the redness on my head is due to the stretching and the blemishes due to jelqing. Will they dissipate? Should I be concerned or stop sessions? Am I gripping to tightly? I also noticed during jelqing sessions I excret quite a bit of seminal fluid. Is that to be expected? Any info as to method would be great. Thanks.

Spotting On The Penis Head

You probably did go a little overboard, but it’s no biggie. The spots are commonplace. See it as a sign of broken penile tissue - and therefore, if properly rested, a sign of growth to come. Hence it’s advised you stop PE activity (bar warm-ups and kegels of course) until the spots have gone. This should only take a few days.

As for your release of ‘seminial fluids’. This I do not understand. Are you saying you jelq at near erection level?

If so that would explain the ‘dark blemishes’. Ouch BIG black bruise from jelqing (recent topic in Injuries Forum)

Keep going with your current routine, but back off on the intensity of both the stretching and the jelqing. Doing this hard is not doing it better and if fact can slow you down. For now, take it easy and do your exercises in moderation. If the dots or blemishes get worse, do even less. This is not a progarm to punish, but to stimulate.

The fluid you are seeing is just precum, or Cowper’s fluid. It is normal.

Thanks for the info. I may be a little more erect than I want to be during the session. I guess the “stimulation factor” sill subside with practice.. Maybe I need to watch the cooking channel on TV while jelqing.. :)

Well after a scheduled day off yesterday my penis looks much better. I did my session today just not so intensely and no spotting today. Guess I just don’t need to have such a firm grip. Thanks again for the advise.

Hey when I’m stretching is that in the flacid state or do I try and grab it while hard and pull?

yeah.. I used to jelq real erect and I would get seminal fluid and the black spots on the side of my shaft imagine that someone did EXACTly the thing I did. now to avoid erection I jelq to the glans and then stop immediately and not rub my hands over the head.


Started: 11/05 at 5 inches NBPEL

Now: 3/15 5.65 NBPEL

I use to get them from stretching. They would go away on my days off. Your penis just has to get use to it and you have to learn to PE right. Use your first month to figure out how to PE right. I don’t get them anymore and I’m almost finish with my 2nd month of PEing. Try maybe doing 15 secs stretches or 20 sec stretches first.


Starting size(3/22/06): 4.5X4.0

Thanks for posting tazster, I had a similar problem. Though, I have done a similar program like the Newbie Manual says, but it goes away within 1-2 days. Thank you for the advice The Beasty One. But remember, what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger :-) .

I started keeping a warm washcloth by the sink during my stretches and after each 30 second stretch I would wrap my head in the washcloth for 10 seconds or so. I found that it prevents the spots and also having the area a little damp makes it easy to keep the grip during the stretch. Did a length check after 2 weeks and I’ve gone from 6.5” to 7.0” and from 5.5” to 6.0” on girth. Guess I’m doing SOMETHING right :)

Whoa whoa whoa… You sure you measured correctly? That’s a half inch gain in length and girth in 2 weeks. That’s probably impossible ;)

Well maybe I wasn’t pressed up against the bone hard enough during the initial starting length check, but the girth is kinda hard to misread.. Plus my wife has noticed the difference in that.. ;)
