Just got the hang of jelqing

I have been jelqing for the last 2 weeks, I am finally getting good at it, I will definitely learn more and get better and have better sessions, I am just doing the newbie routine, 5 min warmup, 5-10 min of stretching and then between 15 to 30 minutes of jelqing, the last 2 days I have done about 40 to 45 minutes. It felt good to go that long. I am doing about 3 days on 1 day off. but I am looking gain length more than girth. I welcome to gain girth but am focusing on girth, is there any tips or any certain things/exercises that will help that. Thanks.

From what I have read bud, just focus on Jelqing and stretching for a few months before getting into more advanced stuff.

When you feel ready to take the step, hanging and traction seem popular methods. Although depending on you’re living situation they are more bothersome to implement discreetly.

I have come back to jelqing after a few years off, doing manual stretching and dry jelqing, the most basic routine, 5 on, 2 off and am enjoying it just for the process more than anything else.

Once you’ve stuck with that for three months then you can add more advanced techniques to supplement you’re manual routine.
