I started three weeks ago, with a similar situation. Also girth will be more of a challenge.
Yet followed @LittleEngine’s advice and started with the newbie routine: Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine
There’s tons of girth advice here, but I haven’t looked at it in detail yet - waiting for my newbie routine to outlast its effectiveness.
I committed to not measure more than once a month. Because I’d keep my mind on the practice and the journey and not get carried away by goals results (one of my arch nemeses). This is why I cannot give you data yet - but my unit already feels bigger and girthier than it used to be.

I’d second that. I joined the gym again and go workout 3x a week in parallel to my PE for testosterone boosts, confidence gains, and other health benefits.
Also I quickly noticed how crucial it is to listen to the feedback of your unit
