Hey Guys,

Iโ€™m brand new to PE and this forum. Iโ€™ve just started doing the Newbie Routine and any advice is appreciated. Iโ€™m 6.2 BPEL X 5 EG starting off and would like to achieve 7X6. Iโ€™m mostly shooting for girth so pointers on maximizing girth would be great!

My advice is to pay close attention to the details. At a first glance everything looks easy but one missing detail could be responsible for slow/no growth or injury.

Sleeping, diet, body exercises are also deatils by the way.

I started three weeks ago, with a similar situation. Also girth will be more of a challenge.
Yet followed @LittleEngine’s advice and started with the newbie routine: Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine
There’s tons of girth advice here, but I haven’t looked at it in detail yet - waiting for my newbie routine to outlast its effectiveness.

I committed to not measure more than once a month. Because I’d keep my mind on the practice and the journey and not get carried away by goals results (one of my arch nemeses). This is why I cannot give you data yet - but my unit already feels bigger and girthier than it used to be.

I’d second that. I joined the gym again and go workout 3x a week in parallel to my PE for testosterone boosts, confidence gains, and other health benefits.

Also I quickly noticed how crucial it is to listen to the feedback of your unit
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Welcome to Thunders.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises

Donโ€™t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
