Kegel-ing flaccid
Hi everyone,
I just started kegel-ing and I have just simple question before I begin. I’ve located my BC muscle and do stop peeing whenever I want without a problem. I’ve looked around TP and everyone says suggests to hold the BC muscle for a certain amount of time. I’ve tried that, and when I kegel, my penis kind of jumps and then goes back. I still feel that it’s tensed, but since the penis has jumped back, I don’t know whether I’m actually flexing the muscle or not. I know that it’s hard to tense just the BC and nothing else at first, but when I flex it, but when I’m doing my exercises, I tense everything, the penis will jump, and then go back to it’s original position and I’ll still be tensing everything. Does anyone know what’s going on? I hope this post makes a bit of sense to someone out there. Thanks in advance
