Kegel question

I’ve read that if kegeling is done too soon after a man ejaculates then no progress will be made.

Is this True? And if so, why? Also, is this true for reverse kegeling as well?

Where did you read that? I’ve never heard of such a thing, though I suppose its not outside the realm of possibility that it could be the case, if the ‘kegel muscle’ is tired after ejaculating.

Even if it is true, which I doubt, it wouldn’t take more than say, to be generous, 10 minutes before you could kegel again, to be absolutely sure. I don’t see why you’d particuarly need to kegel right after ejactulating , surely you can take a moment to relax!

If you’re like most men, the muscle that you contract for a kegel also contracts during ejaculation. So contracting it more after ejaculation wouldn’t be any different. Besides, there isn’t any relationship to contracting that muscle and growth from PE exercises.

I read in numerous places that you shouldn’t do kegels after ejaculating to avoid straining PC muscle. Since ejaculation causes PC muscle to contract rapidly, I guess it gets tired and needs some rest before a workout.
