Kegel when full erect

Is it better to kegel when you are full erect to promote growth?

Not totally sure on that, but kegel while fully erect is mainly used for clamping.

Practising kegels will give you a stronger BC muscle and harder erections. It may be beneficial to PE but on it’s own it won’t make you gain.

Take a look at that for information on why you should kegel. It doesn’t matter whether you kegel erect or flaccid - theoretically the BC muscle should be equally worked regardless.

I actually like kegeling around 70-80% erect as I can really make my unit move with some hard squeezes. Feels more productive for me but I also agree with Beasty that it doesn’t make a difference - it’s simply personal preference.
