Ever since I discovered masturbation, I have been unconsciously holding kegels for very, very long periods of time to bring me to orgasm quicker/harder.

Masturbating, then stopping before you cum, then repeating, trains the body to recognise the feelings when you’re about to cum, and helps you too last longer.

Edging, with kegels or reverse kegels, to stop the ejacualtion, will obviously help you last longer too.

The difference between the two, is that if you use kegels or reverse kegels, you can become mulit-orgasmic. You cannot achieve this without a highly trained and very strong BC muscle.

Keep training that BC muscle and before long you will be able to cinch off any orgasm even when you think you are past the point of no return. Usually, for me if I wait untill right before orgasm and then flex and squeeze real hard I will have an orgasm but not ejaculate! And the great part is I stay hard and can keep going for a lot longer then. This does take quite a bit of training with kegels though.

Do you really think that if your multi-orgasmic that you can not be a premature ejaculater? I’m going to have to disagree with you on this one… When i was younger, I considered myself a premature ejaculater because I could cum in like 60 seconds. After I would cum however, I could stay hard and go again immediately. Wouldn’t this be both? Over time and experience, I learned to hold off for much longer.

Yeah seriously, my idea of my (I guess weak multi-orgasmic technique) was that I would pinch it off right before the no return spot, and it would spurt out around 1/2 of what I usually do, and then I would be able to keep going a few more times. But yeah thanks a lot for all of your advice, guess I need to be getting back into kegels

No. Kegels are essential exercises in strengthening your ability to control ejaculatory response. What some of the guys are saying (which may or may not be true for you) is that kegeling frequently during sex or masturbation can bring you closer to orgasm faster. But Kegeling or reverse kegeling before going over the edge will stop you from ejaculating, giving you more control.
