Kegels suck

Before I started I could last for as long as 45 mins raw, now I can barely reach 5. This is down to kegeling and I wanna know how I can reverse this?

Anybody else experienced this? How did you surpass it?

So you are saying more kegeling reduced your sex time?

Yer I think kegels are good for men who find it hard to maintain an erection but for a teenager raging with hormones it jus makes sex feel too good and thus resultin in cummin quicker.

Oh it is totally different from me though, I can have a strong solid erection penis and it make me last a little longer after kegeling (400 a day) within one month.

Any nice fellow has other comments on that? Please help..

Unless I’m mistaken, strengthening your PC muscles helps you control them better… but you should not necessarily use them during sex.

Wait, are you saying that now you have premature ejaculation as a result of kegeling?

I’ve heard a couple of people say that you can fatigue your PC muscle doing kegels much the same way as weight training fatigues the muscles. Maybe you just need some recovery time try taking a day off from doing any kegels at all. Everyone has different recovery times, but I think The PC recovers relatively quickly.

I have raging hormones yet kegels helped me (not that I needed help… Heh)

Are you kegelling DURING sex? If so, thats the problem

Are you having sex soon after a PE workout?

I’ve only been kegeling for a week or so (when I started my workout) but I’m pretty sure my dick has also been made “hard as fuck” but I haven’t noticed any increase in sensitivity. I’m pretty rubbish at them currently though, because I can’t hold them for long.

Practice makes prefect though.

If you tell the rest of us, will you then have to kill us? :) I’d be interested to read about how you overcame this as well, I have noticed an increased sensitivity, I’m guessing it’s temporary. But if I’m wrong, I’ll have to address it at some point, y’know?

haron 88, have you tried a reverse kegel before you cross the point of no return? Slowing down or stopping and throwing in a good RK helps me a lot.
