You asked about kegels, well have you ever taken a piss and stoped mid stream, then start again. This is what a kegel is, you are using the muscle that stop you when pissing, so you thigten then release tighten and release, so you build up to 20 each time you exercise. To stretch your penis you grab a hold of it and pull staight down, then put the other hand on top of that hand and push down. You can stretch side to side, then pull straight up. The reason that you use the other hand on top of the other is to put more preasure on the penis.
The Newbie Routine run about three months. The first month of Jelqing do 200-300 Jelqs each day, then in the next few months increase your Jelqing, so by the third month you are doing 600-700 a day.
