Keratinization of Uncut Penis : Reversibility

Hi guys, this is actually not a directly PE related question. I’m uncut and have a quite sensitive glans penis. I do not plan to get circumcised and plan to be uncut till the end. However, I do want to have a rough glans. I could retract my foreskin and due to my large head size even at flaccid state, the skin stays back. Of course, it will get keratinized over time. So, my question is:

1) Is the keratinization is 100% reversible once I decided to let loose my foreskin?
2) Will the keratinization make my glans become bigger, even slightly?

P/S I did searched for other posts on the topic before, but I couldn’t quite found anything that is similar to my situation.
