Lack of sleep and EQ

Does this have correlation? If you have lack of sleep do you guys experience Low EQ? Or simply No EQ?

I have heard that lack of sleep can indeed affect you EQ. I myself experienced better EQ when I got more sleep instead of getting 4-6 hours of sleep but now I get 7-8 and things have been getting a lot better for me.

I think it does. My sleep cycle has been messed up lately, going to bed way too late, sleeping in, then trying to wake up after 5 hours to get it back in line. When I don’t get enough sleep I don’t get as much random wood during the day, rarely morning wood, and PEing or masturbating takes more work to stay hard. I think sleep is very important.

Being a junior in college is very hard to keep up with normal sleeping routine. Especially my school is quarter system, time flies! It’s 3rd week and already the mid-term period. For the past week I have been getting 3 hours of sleep a day.

Over the last few months I have been experiencing insomnia. I was getting (on average) 4-6 uninterrupted hours sleep a week, and I can say that, without a doubt, lack of sleep effects EQ and sex drive. Unfortunately, so does the Xanax I was prescribed to treat my insomnia. By effect, I mean I was hardly getting what would be called erections. I’m 22.

Try melatonin, instead: it doesn’t affect your REM phase.
